CMS is becoming a more popular form of design. Basically we create a template design and then the customer can add, edit and delete pages using a package called FckEditor which is similar to using Microsoft Word. This allows for images and text to be inserted.
First the needs to be a customers specification.
The customer specification might contain the following:
- Domain name required, and who and what address is the domain name to be registered.
- What images/Text would be required in the heading part of the template.
- Any flash requirements in terms of what images might be required in the heading.
- What colour are desired in the template.
- What email addresses are required.
- For search engine optimisation what 10 key phrases / keywords are best thought to find your business.
Given an agreed specification we will provide a quotation and if agreed and we have received the initial payment of 10,000 Naira, we will purchase the domain / hosting space and commence the design.
The template design will commence and when completed the customer will be asked to approve, this will include the home page, which can easily be changed by the customer when the website is live..
When the template design is finally agreed, we will provide a final Invoice, this needs to be paid within 30 days. On receipt of payment we will complete the optimisation of the website for search engines; submit it to 1000+ search engines; place it in our links program and finally make the website live on the internet.

CMS Design Costings:
- Ist Year (5750 Naira domain & hosting + 17,000 Naira CMS Design including logo and two flash if required, optimisation and web ring etc.) = 22,750 Naira
- NB: If customer wishes us to create pages and content for them in first year then the cost would be 1000 per page.
- Subsequent years (5750 Naira domain & hosting + 40% of design cost for on-going support and optimisation of website and web ring = 12.550 Naira .
