Our Design Process

Once we have agreement to proceed following the quotation process with its initial 1/3 quotation 1st year fee paid, we will deign your website in the following process:

• We will purchase your domain name and hosting space and create your test website at
  www.yourdomain.com
• You will be able to view that website throughout the design process, and would encourage you to do so, because by getting your feedback we will be able to get to the final agreed design much quicker.
• At the start of the process we expect you to email us with the text that you require on each page and the photos / images that you also want on each page.
• Branding - A professional look to the site is achieved through having branding that reflects your business on all pages e.g. Colours, fonts, styles. If you have branding for your business then let us know, otherwise we will start out with a suggestion, and expect through your viewing on the test website and resulting feedback we will be able to get the branding you wish.
• The time is takes to design your website will depend on how good your original information is with text and images etc. plus how quickly you respond to the devoloping design on the test site. But a typical small business website should take less than a month.
• Before the website can go live, we need to have from you, your ideas on a maximum of 10 keywords / keyphrases that you think potential customers would enter in to a search engine in order to find your business.
• When we have your final agreement to the design we will email you the final invoice which will show the normal annual fee. Also the amount you have to pay to compete your 1sy years fees. i.e. Normal Annual Fees less your initial 1/3 of quotation fee.
• When we have payment for the 1st year, we will:
  • Optimise the website for search engines
  • Submit our website to 1000+ search engines and directories.
  • Add link to your website to all other Web Design Nigeria websites. (NB: We will also add all other WDN websites links to your website - this process of having links helps with ranking of website in search engines like Google)
