We at Web Design Nigeria are very aware that new business can't afford a high initial cost of a website design. So we charge on a much lower figure on an annual basis. We believe in establishing an ongoing client relationship with no large up front fees and affordable annual fees.
Following a without obligation discussion on your proposed website, we will produce a FREE quotation.
If you decide to go ahead then you be asked to provide an initial payment to cover the annual domain name/ hosting costs and initial work of 10,000 Naira. On receipt of this initial fee we will start the design and dependant upon availability of data from yourselves the design will take 1 to 2 weeks. Not until you are satisfied with the website design will you be asked to pay the final 1st year fee. Payment will be requested to be made within 30 days.
When final payment has been made then your website will be optimised for Google search engine, submitted to 1000+ search engines and made fully live.
Terminology and its meaning
- Optimisation – This is the work done behind the visual website to ensure it reflects the 10 keywords or phrases that the customer considers the most important in attracting potential clients to their website.

On-going Support – This can cover a number of items like changing words and photos in existing pages, adding or deleting email, covering and resolving problems when they occur.
Web Ring - All those customers of Web Design Nigeria and Saxton IT Services will have maintained for them a link from a resources page to al those participating 100+ websites. This greatly improves the Google ranking. Usually up to 2 or 3/10. Because there will be all these websites linking to yours.
Standard Custom Website
1st Year – (5750 Naira for domain & hosting + 15,000 Naira Design Costs for three pages and three photos and optimisation and web ring) = 22750 Naira
Subsequent Years (5750 Naira domain & hosting + 40% of previous years design cost e.g. if three page three photo then for on-going support, optimisation and web ring. Therefore for this example subsequent years would be a total of 11,750 Naira.
Additional costing's:
- Additional page - Costs 1000 Naira
- Additional photo / image - Costs 250 Naira
- Design of Company Logo - Costs 1000 Naira
- Flash Costs 1000 Naira per flash program.
- Web Space 100 megabyteincluded additional space 100 megabyte costs 500 Naira pa
- Bandwidth 1 gigabyte per month is included additional 1 gigabyte costs 1000 pa
- Ecommerce this will enable the owner of the website to create their own on-line shop add/modify/delete categories and products together with appropriate images, prices etc. All payments will be made through an appropriate secure package e.g. PayPal, eGold etc. secure payment system.
